Special Announcement

Normal School Day - Monday 2 March

Distance Learning (students at home) -

Tuesday 3 March till further notice

KIS will align with the Kyoto public schools and we will have a normal school day on Monday 2nd March.

Using the current information that KIS has been given by the Kyoto Council and the Japanese government, the school will move to Distance Learning on Tuesday 3 March. This means students will stay at home for Distance Learning lessons until further notice:

- Parents and students will need to be able to access Seesaw at 08:30 Tuesday (3 March) morning for Homeroom registration.

- Attendance records will be maintained during this entire time.

- KIS will update the entire community each week about how long Distance Learning will continue.

- At this point we are unsure how long this will last and will monitor and update on a weekly basis.
